1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, betting activities, bonus programs, and customer support on the gb98 platform. By accessing gb98's website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

This document is written in Bengali and that version is authoritative. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will prevail. gb98 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, and members will be notified of any changes.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account at gb98:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.
• Two adult members of the same household may register separately, provided they use different identities and different mobile numbers.
• Registering with false information may result in account termination at any time and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Gb98 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Gb98 reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. KYC verification may be required in the following situations:

• At the time of your first withdrawal.
• For withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a month.
• When unusual activity is detected on an account.

Verification may require a photo of your National ID, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

The following rules apply to all deposits at gb98:

• Minimum deposit ৳200.
• Currently accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made from an account held in the member's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your wallet instantly.

5 Withdrawal Rules & Process

The following withdrawal policies apply on gb98:

• Minimum withdrawal of ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 1–3 hours.
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed with priority based on their tier level.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Large withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be subject to delays.

6 Betting Rules & Decisions

The following rules apply at all times when betting on gb98:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available and active.
• Gb98 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment.
• A member may place multiple bets on a single event, but accumulator bets must include at least two different events.

Gb98 monitors for suspicious betting activity and reserves the right to investigate when necessary.

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers at gb98 come with their own terms. The general rules that apply across the board are:

• Each bonus offer can only be used once (excluding cashback bonuses).
• Funds obtained from a bonus cannot be withdrawn without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Creating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses under different identities is strictly prohibited.
• A referral bonus will only be awarded once the referred person meets the minimum qualifying conditions.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gb98:

• Creating more than one account under the same person.
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Using another person's account or sharing account credentials.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Gb98 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a terms violation is proven.
• If any attempt at fraud or deception is detected.
• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• At the member's own request.

Before closing an account, gb98 will notify the member and, where appropriate, give them an opportunity to respond. Any funds held in the account may be temporarily frozen during an ongoing investigation.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your data is never sold to third parties.
• Payment information is stored on a separate, secured server.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11 Limitation of Liability

Gb98 strives to provide the highest quality of service, but cannot accept liability in the following situations:

• If a bet is missed due to internet disconnection or a fault with the user's device.
• In the event of service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• If account credentials are lost due to the user's own negligence.

12 Responsible Gaming Policy

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the following process will be followed:

• If support is unable to resolve an issue, it will be escalated to management level.

• In any dispute over betting results, gb98's system logs will be considered the final and definitive record.

14 Changes & Updates to Terms

Gb98 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The updated version will be published on the website.
• Members will be notified via their registered email or in-app notification before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
